I don't think there is any doubt about the Pakistani connection. The only thing that is unclear is whether Pak Govt or the ISI contributed in these attacks.
We sent an unmanned mission to the moon a month ago....now we are being clubbed with two basket countries - Pakistan & Afghanistan - in terms of western perception of their safety. Unimaginable.
