muqawee, the point is that the violence anywhere else in the country does not seem to strike our PM. He has chosen to go to china to see their train system. (I thought energy policiy was all sewn up eh?) but PM thought its better to visit china with whole gang.

I dont doubt NS’s sincerity for Pakistan. I hope he is strong enough to deal with this problem head on and take hard decisions.

Isn’t it too early to assess PM’s intentions against violence? How will violence in the country benefit his government is beyond my understanding?

If China’s visit is all about observing train system, then whats Saad Rafique doing in Pakistan. to condemn events like Sheikhoopura incident today? They have met representative of power companies to re-start projects like Nandi poor, etc which were abandoned by PPP Govt for God knows what reasons. We should wait and see how this visit affects Pakistan’s problems. This is not the first time that ruler of a country visited another country with some family members. Even US Presidents visited Pakistan and India with their families.
