I epilate but not my whole body..i hate body hair too and remove when needed.

What i want to know what you guys do about your facial hari? Apart from the upper lip an eyebrows, do you have hair on your face? Or do you get that removed? If so, how and how often? What about regrowth?

waxing is the best way to go. it hurts only a little and temporarily i think its worth it. the pain is not unbearable at all and certainly worth it. i wish i did it more often but it costs a lot to upkeep. but the hair does come back less and less. although i wish it never came back. some ppl say its come back barely at all but i think it varies person to person.

its not that bad as it sounds....just make sure to see a professional who knows what she is doing......besdies i've noticed at a lot of salons....that they dont 'pull' the skin....bad move....its painful as hell and the hair doesnt get pulled out properly.....so make sure you ask her before hand how it'll be done

i’ve heard of sooooooooo many girls getting their whole body waxed before their wedding and i just have one question.

are you guys insane??? when we wax our legs and arms we gotta keep waxing them a billions of times every 3-4 weeks or so. but your whole body??? I asked a friend and she said they said in pakistan that the hair doesn’t come back or if it does it’s not that much, is that true??

meh, i don’t think i can ever feel comfortable with someone waxing my whole body…kinda awkward how much does it cost?? if u get ur whole body done that is??

threading, but it sucks and i hate it. im thinking about laser hair removal……just scared that it might screw up my skin

I wudnt reccommend laser hair removal, i got it dun , it didnt help to reduce hair regrowth at all, i spent soo much money, plus it can lead to pigmentation when used on asian skin, i wud talk 2 ure derm abt it , mayb it myt work 4 u, but i regretted ever getting it dun

Pigmentation is only caused when you expose your skin to sunlight if you have just got laser done. Ideally you should get laser done 4 weeks before an event or a holiday. I get upper lip lasered any Alhumdullilah my skin is fine. No marks!

ugh i got waxing done from Depilex and hte girl left teh wax on too long coz she was busy talking to her friend and after she ripped it off my arm was black and blue..and she had the nerve to blame me and say that I was sweating or my skin was too sensitive

Anyways waxing is too expensive to do on a regular basis, not to mention the places that don’t charge much are really ghetto (no privacy)

its important to get your waxing done from a reputable place, they charge a bit extra, but atleast you get the privacy and good service, i go to this chinese place - they are really professional and at the same take care of your skin, and do a thorough job, unlike some ghetto places you mentioned above:naraz:

i get my face threaded, every month and it reveals clean and clear skin, the day i get it done, i do not put any products on the face, apart from an ice cube to close pores, i feel creams and moisturisers work better on the face when its is hair free
