Anyway, down to the issue, brown ppl in general have some serious issues with boasting, I think it just proves how insecure ppl are deep down inside. I was always taught growing up that showing off and making yourself appear better than others was really bad. Infact, I've always been a bit weary of nazar, so I never bring up any of my achievements with others. However, I've come across ppl who feel no shame boasting about the dumbest things. For example, my mil will always mention how pretty her daughter is and how she has such nice features and she gets so many rishtay. I find it incredibly weird and awkward to tell someone how beautiful your own daughter is! It;s like come on woman, your daughter is a horse!
