How exactly does this work?? Cuz one comment needs moderation while the other doesnt… how come? I want all my comments to be moderated…

All comments left will need moderation by blog owner.. Unless if its by an admin 
They don’t need moderation because they are moderate by default

no only if you choose to have the comments moderation on. In that case all comments first need to be approved by the blog owner.

Thats was my point .. Gizzy bahi ... if they are in your buddy list , they should be excluded from moderation...
Comments moderation should be only applicable to the users fall in that ‘every one ‘ category ..

doesnt make sense.
buddylist is used for private blogs usually. So when a blog is private its not use still leaving the comments moderation on. It is something you can use for public blogs...
