I want to ask one more question ... what if one of the people who have my wifi password block me & do the same thing as I am doing to one of them :( .... it didn't occur to me before :(
Wireless Security key(aka wifi password) is different then the router admin consol password.
What you need to do is.............
- change your wifi access key.
-change your router consol password.
-enable mac filtering.

Unfortunately I can't change wifi access key or I don't know where to .... all I know is where to change the router access password ...
& I did that thing about just allowing myself & other whom I want to use but it is not working... it is not banning that person I want to actually block .... I don't think there is any other way to block that person without MAC address or is it ?

i forgot the model number of your wifi router.... please provide the model#

ohh i just remember...there is a way to find out the mac address of the computer you want to block by checking the DHCP table in router or check the router logs to make the search easy u should have name of the computer handy.

look at the base of the unit for model# should be on the device.
if that user has access to your router admin console then yes u can b b blocked.

Call aztec and get their address and when they ask why? Tell them you are sending their PoS router back.
3 pages to this thread just to block someone on wifi, there is no hope for you my friend.

spend sometime going thru every tab/page of your router console and you will find the options you need.

Someone I blocked is using ubuntu has access to my wifi, does it have to do anything with the operating system? .... how come thats possible?
