Well my friend, when i asked him that question there was no official confirmation for rejection from the govt. Now that question is irrelevant.

Eye witnesses were saying that there seemed to be extra police patrol that day and sniffer dogs before the explosion even took place....which i find a bit odd

May be you missed the part where they mentioned that there was an international marathon which was going on that day.
Unless you mean that sniffer dogs or police planted bombs then i think you make perfect sense.

im just reporting what i read i couldnt care less who planted the bombs quite frankly. I didnt say anywhere if i agreed or disagreed with that theory. All i was saying was how many marathons have you been to where sniffer dogs have been present. Ive done 3 marathons and none of them had sniffer dogs. Thats all

im just reporting what i read i couldnt care less who planted the bombs quite frankly. I didnt say anywhere if i agreed or disagreed with that theory. All i was saying was how many marathons have you been to where sniffer dogs have been present. Ive done 3 marathons and none of them had sniffer dogs. Thats all
I agree, those dogs once used to be peaceful now have become terrorists. They take advantage of equality in western laws and got job in police and plant bombs everywhere to protect their so called cult.
On top of that they sniff things and back sides of innocent humans. All the dogs should go back to their dogland.

I saw some pictures of two guys at the scene and both look at Arab and are carrying the same kinds of bags.
Even the news is now saying that the police are looking for two guys.

I agree, those dogs once used to be peaceful now have become terrorists. They take advantage of equality in western laws and got job in police and plant bombs everywhere to protect their so called cult.
On top of that they sniff things and back sides of innocent humans. All the dogs should go back to their dogland.

Sniffer dogs are used to sniff out explosives and drugs.
The police in US need to have a reason for stopping someone and need a warrant to open bags. Looking suspicious is not a reason that the police can use to search someone.
Using police dogs to sniff bags without opening them is a way around having a warrant to see if something suspicious is in a bag.
The sniffer dogs are also used to sniff mailboxes and drains to see if there are anything suspicious in there as well.
