Does anyone use black seed for healing purposes? I am using black seed oil for a skin condition, and I was just wondering the exprience others have had with it.
Narrated Abu Hurairah (Radhiallaahu 'anhu): I heard Allah’s Messenger (Sal-Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) saying, “There is healing in black seed for all diseases except death.” [Meaning of Sahih al-Bukhaaree, Book of Medicine, Hadeeth No. 5688]
Well...I have been doing some research and read some amazing stories, of how people with serious dieases used black seed, and over time, they were cured. Some of these include inflamatory diseases, allergies, joint pain, and cancer. What do you think? Do you know anyone who had such an experience?
Omar yes I have seen ppl using it and it has help them, but again anything u use with lil bit of faith u end up getting a good result outta it. But you are rite about Kalaunji though. Shweet I don't think those are mustard seeds.
umer I used kavanji once beause i had read the same hadith, but plkease remember never ever use it in excess, i made a grave mistake, it is very benficial but i didn't know how to use it so i woild just boil a palm full og kalvanji in milk and take it (thinking it would make my skin look really good), i had the opposite reaction, my skin went all pale, i feel tired all the time and loat a lot of weight( and i was laready very thin), i used to have very very good skin before using kalvanji and unfortuntaley its not the same anymore, plus my face doesnot look fresh, and the mistake was that rather than taking it in a limited qunatity(since it is said to have a very "garam taseer" according to ayurvedha. i took a lot). i later told my mother and she scolded me for not asking her before using it, never ever use it in excess. upto7 "danay" should be enough. learn from my mistake. by the way kalvanji oil is really good for thin hair but again upto 10 drops only, you don't have to dreanch you hair into it, just a bit on the roots. that's it.
