Allah knows..and whats the point? The divorce is done. The first ex-wife now cannot come back to him unless she is married to a new man and the marriage consummated with the new husband. Plus the guy would have to divorce the Second new wife...most desi women don't go for polygamy...right?

Its for my knowledge - If he was bewitched then at least its not all his fault right - Obviously nothing can change but what if it all of a sudden wares off and all...what could be the consequences i just want to know...Because there are times even i feel that someone has done something on me, all of a sudden without any reason i just get depressed, my hair are falling etc etc...so if one can find out who did it and all then it might at least help me.

I doubt if someone can be bewitched like that. If the guy hurt his first wife's feelings (which is obvious) then he is at fault whether black magic happened or not. Two points that I like to make.
If I am sick and do not do anything about it, I am committing a sin. If the guy thinks that he was bewitched and not doing anything about it, then he is committing a sin anyways.
If the spell was/is so strong that he did not even know what he was doing and one day he may 'WAKE UP', then on that day, his second nikah is no longer valid as you have to be aqil (in your senses) when you are doing nikah, for nikah to happen.
Similar logic can be used for the talaq that he gave, but talaq is a serious matter so one should check with muftis for that.

In all honesty, I don't think it's black magic. People's heart can change so that doesn't mean that it's a cause of black magic. Maybe something happened between them that only the two know and won't tell anyone else. There are so many possibilities of why someone can get full of someone else.
People need to realize that just because something go the way they want it, or people don't act according to the way they want them to, it doesn't mean that someone has done black magic on them.

The shaykh is amazing!
I don't think there is a way to find out who exactly did since there could be so many different answers. The most important issue is to find out IF black magic has been done and how to get rid of it.
This shaykh used to do ruqiyyah (exorcism) himself but not anymore. I attended this lecture and was a student of this shaykh in another class of his.

As far as i know, he was in love with the girl he got married to...and even after his mother wasn't that keen on getting him married to her he went ahead its only after sometime when all of a sudden he started acting weird.
May be he loved the 1st girl and got married but he got along better with his best friend, he must have realized that it was better to marry someone whom you can get along with instead of going for the looks.

Yes, black magic exists. It's written all over the Qur'an. Black magic is performed by contacting a jinn and creating a contract, you are basically selling your soul to them in return for their services. At that point, since jinn are incapable of lying, they will carry out your orders until completed. Ever heard of the term 'blood magic'? It's the same thing.
I can't confirm this through the Qur'an though but I have heard from several knowledgable people that black magic must be passed down to someone else before you die.
To answer your other question, yes there are people you can contact that can find out and they can even tell you who performed the act in the first place. Ask your local imam.

Well, Islam has taught us that our souls are all portions of God's soul, correct? Now there are certain practices, or rituals, you perform (involving sexual acts and/or blood usually) to establish communication with jinn. I am not sure if the ritual itself allows them to make the interdimensional "warp" to our dimension/universe or if it's the actual pact you create. But once you have communicated with a jinn, you're selling your soul to the jinn in return for their services. In doing so, you are also selling a part of God's soul and therefore permanently barring you from ever entering Jannah.
Jinn, like Shaitan (keeping in mind that Shaitan himself is a jinn), have the ability to get into people's minds and influence our thoughts at their will. Once you understand that concept, I'm sure you can imagine how they can create tensions between husband and wife, family, friends, siblings, or anyone.

Oh wow! This is really scary - But i have heard i.e. my Mulana once told me that even Big Alims have jinns but their way of getting them to work for them is slightly different. I.e. The alim goes to a graveyard at night on specific night(s)...or maybe any night and makes a circle around himself sits there and recites certain surahs or the whole Quran from 12 midnight till dawn...As he is doing that the Jinns try hard to scare him and make him come out of that circle by showing him the most scariest things one can ever imagine i.e. killing/tutoring his family, him etc..scary sounds and all but if the Alim stays where he is and keeps on reciting in the end the jinn submits himself to the Alim while if he gets scared and tries to run away or goes out of the circle the Jinns then kill him...But thats like possessing a jinn with the Qurans help. And then as you know Alims get the jinn to do the right stuff unlike the witches who practice black magic.

This post has just as much pseudo-science in it as it has pseudo-religion. LOL ... It made me smile. What made me smile even more was that teelobhain found it scary.
It is true that all life has been created from the Ruh of Allah (SWT), (Spirit of God), however the Spirit of God is part of Creation - it does not constitute a part of God - That term is actually a misnoma - God is One and does not have parts.
This soul trading stuff - That is false. Amongst Jinn are good and bad just like with humans. There is a masjid near historic Makkah (within modern Makkah boundaries) called Masjid Jinn. It was there where Muhammad (SAW) gave dawah to Jinn and a mass conversion of Jinn took place. Amongst the people who will go to hell or heaven Jinn are counted. There may well be lots of Jinn in Jannah.
Traditional Islam teaches us that Jinn (the whispers of Shaitan) are weak. The stronger evil to contend with is our own hawa > Human desire is harder to fight than the whispers of Jinn.
Black Magic is possible usually the worst kinds are using some kind of shaitanic agent, be it a toxin or a Jinn, or both. The power of the mind itself and techniques which involve accessing the deep psyche of people via hypnosis, NLP, etc are all forms of Black Magic, but we understand these today in the domains of science. We don't need to be scared of this stuff, just be stern and it will be them (the evil ones) who are scared.

Actually there are cases when men marry women out of attraction and then realise that there is no depth to the marriage. Sometimes men want more out of the marriage, such as to be treated with respect that some women stop doing after some time in marriage because the formality ends, other men want to develop their relationships and the women may want to develop their relationship in a different direction. It can be that he chose his friend because he realised that he may have more in common with her. That later on compatibility was more important to him than looks.
You know there are a whole array of possible reasons that do not include black magic. I would suggest that you ask the man why and he may give you a reasonable answer.
One tell tale sign of enchantment i.e. black magic would be that a person stops thinking or is unable to think rationally. This is brought out of extreme mental confusions which can occur from various agents and influences.
