Black magic anyone???

Re: Black magic anyone???

Jesus Christ. If we were to really study and learn what the Prophet (SAW) went through, his level of poverty, the poverty and torture his people faced, then one would say that their entire population was under heavy evil jadu from day one until the present time and day.

Crap happens. What makes someone successful? I used to know this and somehow along the way, I forgot.

  1. Do not let go of your faith. Your faith in God, your prayers, your passion for your deen (without violence) is what will GROUND you.

  2. Accept that bad will happen to you, and that it's in your power to make the best of it.

Bad things happen. In any economy, some businesses fly, some do not. It's not JADOO. It's the natural way of things. And in the destruction, you have to find a way to reinvent yourself and work hard and try again.

The minute we stop thinking of material gains as the way God rewards us, then we will be free. You think if you've been good, God just will give you a fancy house, car and nice bank balance?

No, it doesn't work like that. Some people are blessed with success, and it's a true blessing, I don't discount that. But some people are not, and it's not a punishment or form of jadoo, it's just a test on you - a test on your iman, that can you say "thank-you" to God even when you're being destroyed in this world?

And for some, their success is nothing more than a heavy bell around their necks tying them down. They may be rich, but maybe not in the hereafter.

So, stop seeing wealth and comfort as a sign that you're good with God, and that you're free of any jadoo, or nazar.

My family has done the same thing - go to these useless "peers". It started with some of my distant relatives, and this frikkin cancer has now spread to my dad too. They think they can't make a move in their lives without talking to these "religious" folks. True religious people, at best, may do an ishtikhara for you if you don't know how to do it, to help guide a decision. They may give you ayats to read, and may direct you to a surah that may help you. Key is you gotta read the meaning. When they talk about reading Manzil or reading Surah Baqra or Surah Rehman, READ the actual translation, then you'll understand why these are the go-to verses for this sort of thing.

Anything other than that, and guaranteed the "peer" is using jadoo himself to get info on the jadoo done on you, to get info on that jadoogar, to fight the jadoo with their own form of jadoo, and this is manifest in the culture of taweez's. These are talisman, actually. No place for this in Islam, otherwise, I'm sure the Quran would have mentioned it, and also taught you how to make them and use them, which it doesn't. Hence, it's not in the realm of what you need to use and do. So avoid these guys, EVEN IF THEY DON'T CHARGE.

I warn you. There is a man who our family has recently over the past years been going to, and he doesn't charge, but he gives everyone these taweez, and in the 5-7 years this nonsense has been going on, NOTHING HAS GOTTEN BETTER. My relatives in Pakistan are in sheer depression. And instead of putting in the extra effort to work and work hard, what they're doing is wasting their time being depressed about how people are trying to do jadoo on them.

Re: Black magic anyone???

I agree with about 90% of what sister PCG is saying above. Magic if it is being done - is itself a hit and miss game ... and the symptoms of magic need to be looked at ... not everything going against the plan is magic. Magic and its effects is usually very subtle. Distracted thoughts, inability to focus, intense sexual desire, demotivation, becoming easily enraged all of these are the typical symptoms, but other things may be medical reasons or just lack of being determined to succeed using the proper avenues ... there is a lot of psychology and mind manipulation that goes in to magic so much of the problems that we know now to be trickery is what magic is all about.

The words of the Qur'an are however permissible to be encased in a ta'meema or ta'wiza as a form of ruqya ... so long as the power is attributed to Allah (SWT) just like medicine is used to cure illness while all the same putting trust in Allah (SWT).
No symbols or numbers should be in them and no trinkets, amulets or talisman are allowed. We can see from the du'a ...

“Audhu bikalimatillahi tammati min sharri ma khalaq”. “I take refuge** with Allah's Perfect Words** from the evils that He has created” [Saheeh Muslim (3/1599)].

From this du'a it is clear that the Words of Allah (SWT) are in themselves a ruq'ya. Meanings are good to act upon, but the words themselves have curing powers that go beyond the apparent meanings. Everything else about what PCG said I'm in agreement with ... We should try to clamber out of our dire situations first before thinking it is just magic.

Re: Black magic anyone???

There is no such thing as magic. I can't believe people still believe in this crap.

Re: Black magic anyone???

As someone whose family has had "black magic" done on them, I have the following sincere advice to offer:

  • Recite Surah Baqarah the whole surah -everyday for 3 days
  • Pray your daily 5
  • Recite 3 kuls (3x after Fajar and Maghrib Salaat and once each after the rest)
  • Recite Aya al Kursi after every salaat
  • Recite 3 kuls 3x and aya al kursi before going to sleep

Make sincere dua'a to Allah to remove it from you.

I have heard that the Prophet SAW used to make dua'a against nazar, etc, but stopped when Surah Falaq was revealed. He just recited that instead.

IF you have ANY black magic or nazar done on you, it will go away insha'Allah

Allah swt created black magic, and it is with his Will that it even affects us. You should seek refuge in him from the evil that he has created.

People have posted about all of it being a test, and it's true. Even if black magic was done on you, it's a test from Allah. Make dua'a for Allah to remove it.

Our problems have lasted over a decade. The problems lasted, but I'm sure the black magic, if there was any (as my mum believed) must have long gone.

We did it all, peers, etc. It's amazing when you visit these peers and they suddenly take the name of the family member (who you suspected anyway), and you think "This has gotta be real". We wasted years in all of this. And yes, none of the peers ever asked us for money.

Stay away from people who claim they can help you by removing any sort of black magic done on you, or if they claim that they can help you find some lost important papers, etc.

If a peer claims that he only does it by the Qur'an: then you have a copy of the Qur'an aswell. Why do you need him to do anything? Read the Qur'an yourself, and ask Allah directly :)

Re: Black magic anyone???

But I totally think that we need to get out of the mentality to first blame every problem we have on black magic or nazar.
Not every person who lost their job is a victim of Nazar, neither is every girl who is unmarried, etc.

But OP, I can understand that the sudden turn of events may seem like someone's done some magic.
Again, my advice it to do the above, if there was any black magic done, it will go if Allah Wills :)

This is a great dua. my sister told me once to read it if there is a danger of being bitten by snake, any harmful insect etc. This dua and surah-e-falaq and surah-e-naas are powerful prayers to seek Allah's shelter from evil effects of all that He has created.

Re: Black magic anyone???

Those who very well know the symptoms of magic and its treatment, could they please refer to me the "materia medica" of black magic where they got all that information and what is the source of learning about this magic thingy. Magic is definitely not a science nor part of any revelation so what is the source of this knowledge.

Re: Black magic anyone???

That's way down the path, how about first offering proof that black magic exists.

Re: Black magic anyone???

Context of Surah Naas.

Re: Black magic anyone???

Errr that's not proof. That's just a chapter of a book.

Re: Black magic anyone???

Are you even looking for proof or you just wanna have a go at members' belief here?

I asked you to study the all significant and thoroughly discussed context of the chapter of the book, there is a proof that magic does exist. Read the translation and the prescribed usage of that particular surah to find out further information. Internet is not the best place to serious study and research.

If by any chance you are hoping that someone will post a youtube video as a 'proof' to make you believe that jins do exist, then forget about it.

Re: Black magic anyone???

No not a YouTube video but maybe some scientific research that proves that black magic is real. I know you won't post any because there isn't any.

I'll read up on what you asked this evening and get back to you.

I'd also suggest the internet is a better place for research than the quran.

Excuse me?

If there aren't any "scientific research" then there aren't any. You stick with that. No one is asking you to prove anything nor I'm even slightly bothered to convince you in way. So it'd help if you refrain from creating any fitna fasaad here and let people carry on with their beliefs and discuss their issues.

PS: There aren't any scientific research to suggest God is "real".

Re: Black magic anyone???

First point, of course the internet is better - it has a variety of sources, debate and proof of theories.

Second point, I didn't ask you to convince me. Why so offended? Am I only allowed to share my opinions if they are the same as everyone else's?

3rd point, I know there isn't any proof of god. There is however proof of evolution and other things which contradict a 'Creator'.

Re: Black magic anyone???

Are you sure you meant surah naas, it has no mention of black magic?

Re: Black magic anyone???

Some great comments on this topic. May Allah cure all of those being inflicted by Magic or possessed by jinn. SubhanAllah may Allah protect us all from this calamity. Although magic is done for specific reasons, in order for the jinn to exert more control over you its efforts are concentrated on encouraging you into sin and finally in to kufr or disbelieve for that is what pleases shaytaan the most.

The strongest weapon against any posession or shaytaan is consistency in ones religion. Learning more about the tawheed Allah, and putting your tawaqqul or your reliance upon Allah is a huge part of this and understanding in your heart that only through Allahs help will this infliction be removed. praying the 5 prayers, staying in wudu, staying away from music and tv. praying tahajjud. Finally ruqyah, ruqya should be performed daily. Allahamdulillah I have had a lot of personal experience with magic and jinn and do not wish it even upon my enemy. There are some fantastic books that explain the role of magic and jinnn much better, which I can inshAllah recommend if required.

my sincere advice to my brothers and sisters would be to stay away from peer sahabs and anyone that fights magic with magic. There is no concept of white and black magic in Islam, magic is magic and haraam in its totality whether the intention is for good or evil. Put your reliance in Allah and do not be like the christians who feel they do not have a direct link to their lord. The beauty of Islam is our direct Link to asking Allah. How many times in a day do we read "you alone we worship and you alone we seek aid from". I am happy to try and answer any questions I can within my limited knowledge or at least find out for you. This is a trial upon any human and we should do our best to assist one another with the permission of Allah.

Re: Black magic anyone???

Re: Black magic anyone???

Surah Fatiha; Called the Mother of Ayaats. Also called a Cure. Recite it abundantly.

Surah Baqarah; an Ayah of such power that shayateen don't enter a place where it is recited frequently. Don't make your homes spiritual graveyards; recite Baqarah frequently paraphrased a Hadith

Surah Ikhas, Falaq, and Nas; Especially revealed to break off magic. Recite them day and night. They're short, and you can recite them all day long while going about your daily tasks.

Zikr of Allah will lead you closer to Almight, and further away from impure acts that invite evil.
