smart phone deals in USA are attached to specific carriers for most of the part. Who is your carrier?

I'll be buying a laptop so it'll be good to know about that.

So far I know target is doing this awesome $3 appliances sales. Toys r us is having 75% discount sale.... I don't think walmart's or best buy's ad is out yet.
