Can you post a little info about him so we can advise? Does he have hobbies? What kind of work does he do? Something that would give us a clue as to what to suggest.
Not every gift is appreciated by every person.

how nice! when my husband had his 'first' birthday after the wedding i invited my family and we all went out for dinner and came back to our place for gifts and dessert. It was simple but nice for him, since he had no family/friends bac then where we live now. i gifted him a watch. His second: me and him went away for the weekend, party for two! gifted him a supernice jacket from diesel and Gucci perfume. the thing is our anniversary and his birthday is just 1 day apart. So i also get gifts haha. do you have family/friends to celebrate with, you want to celebrate just two of you, a getway is allways a great gift (citytrip) !

My husband is simple man his hobbies is collecting all latest techonolgy..... He loves techonolgy which he has the latest one. I gave him a meni pedi and perfume for fathers day. Soo now i am confused to actually what he really need or would want? i am going to do the romantic things like decorate the room and dinner but i cant think of a thing to give him?

Without knowing your budget or what's possible in USA, here are a few of my ideas:
- A surprise weekend trip for just the two of you - preferably a place he likes/enjoys
- Experience gifts like helicopter trip as co-pilot or parachute jump or test driving a Ferrari or learn to dive?
- Small surprise party at home with his close friends?
- New laptop/phone/gadget/whatever
- Clothes?
- A tailor made suit?
- Tickets for sportsgame if he is into that.

A birthday present that does not cost money, for example, his favourite breakfast in bed with all the toppings, think about it and I'm sure you will formulate a good plan.

I really like the suggestions above. Experience gifts are amazing and the receiver remembers them for years to come.
