Are you talking about change from 10% to 20%? Bilawal can't make any changes to status quo, he will be a pawn himself to serve the king, then he will show his own colors when the king is 'gone'.

Naa, we are not talking about party which runs on basis of family name and where kids are forced to change their last name from father's to mother's family to cash in on grandfather's name.
