Actually - most of the 9/11 hijackers had a history immigration violations. That's illegal. Most foreign students do as well. Many terrorists had violations + Many muslim students also have violations = Muslims. Illegal. Same ****. Kick them out.

An illegal isnt any better at running over a white girl than a white man is at running over another white girl. Race is irrelevant. What's at the heart of the issue is this - if all illegals are so damn scary why aint they deported at the first oppurtunity? Heck, this guy had a criminal history.
Legally this mexican should have been deported a long time ago. He had a criminal record. We all know Mexicans love drinking Coronas and driving old Buicks over white girls. Being a citizen means that its the responsibility of the Government to take care of such cases where as that illegal is not USA's responsibility but Mexico's.

What? Deporting illegals is the state's responsibility? Well, that IS what Geraldo said. This guy wasnt deported before for a reason. Someone turned a blind eye. And now that a drunk mexican kills someone you all of a sudden want them all gone? Will deporting all mexicans make sure noone else is killed? No? Then its not a solution.
It doesn't matter if the drunk is illegal or not when he's in court for running over the girl. You're charged for manslaughter. Not for manslaughter while illegal.
The thing about message boards is that you can never shut someone up. You just cant. There could be a thousand people saying you're wrong, but that one kid will never say he's wrong. He might deflect and change the subject, but there will never be any closure.

Why not. They are not suppose to be there in the first place.
No deporting means that those people who broke the law to get into this country will be gone.
But since you are an illegal, with no driving license and have the avenue of running away to Mexico if you commit a crime then this does indeed become an issue. Look at the El Salvadorian Gang MS-13, they commit crimes and then run away to El Salvador where they get new recruits to go into America.

Bill O'Reilly is a worthless piece of crap. He attempts to turn everything into a race issue. Using the term immigration is just a cover. O'Reilly is notorious for being a hate monger. This is NOT an issue about immigration. This is an issue about drunk driving. Have any of you even heard the press statement issued by the family of the girl killed? They said that turning this into an immigration issue is a slap in the face of a mourning family. The issue is about drunk driving, it doesn't matter who was the driver.

it is an immigration issue because many illegals don't have driving licenses, drink while driving and if they commit crimes, they run away to Mexico where it is impossible to trace them.

What about the crimes they commit by the millions every day that business interests don't whine about? Mainly providing cheap labor. If every illegal was rounded and up and deported, American business interests would suffer greatly. It's that kind of cherry picking about which crimes they commit that I find hypocritical.
