Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
Bengali should be a close second after Afghani.
Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...

Where those Indian live in Pakistan? Or do you still consider people who came here druing 1947-1950 Indians?
Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
my guess would be Chinese, Central Asians, Iranians, Arabs, Africans, Sri Lankans, Bengalis, Afghans,
Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
Precisely Afghanis, Somalies (legally as students), Bangladeshis (illegally). Few Iranian bhihas!
Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
Some Chinese that run dozens of chinese restaurants, accupunture centers in all the big cities...i am guessing their # must be around 200-500 in Lahore ,same in Islamabad & Karachi(Many of them are there for many years, but travel back to China very often).
Some Iranians mainly in Karachi/Lahore that have been there for many deceades and speak Urdu.
Karachi has some population of African students(mainly Kenya,Nigeria & Somalia) & some Arabs(mainly Yemen,Jordan & Syria). Many African students are caught in drug trafficking every now & then.
Obviously illegal Bengalis numbered around half a million in Karachi (that usually work as domestic servants & came there mainly in mid 80's) & then illegal Afghans that are around 2.5 million(mainly in Karachi,Peshawar,Islamabad & Quetta)came after the Soviet war.
There are some Muslim students in madrassahs from all the islamic world(including south east asia/Indonesia/Malaysia)but their numbers have significantly decreased since when government has put a ban & since US is in Afghanistan.Pakistan used to be a launching pad for them to go into Afghanistan.
There are not much Europeans, since the Talibanization of the area & then the US presence.

Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
There is only one statistically correct answer to this useless question on this thread. And that being the biggest non pakistani population in Pakistan is AFGHANI. According to some estimates both legal and illegal Afghanis number above 7.5 million.
Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
^ very true...

Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
Isn't Bihar in India? So that would go under the Indian immigrants.
Oh and lots of Thai's (mostly students). I learned some Thai boxing and that kick-the-ball-between-ring-of-people game from them, back in the day.
Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
but are they non-pakistani? :)
Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
Prior to the foundation of Pakistan, the land was a part of India...and when Pakistan came into being, the indians who had already been residing in the regions that were included in Pakistan became Pakistanis..so technically, those people are pakistanis no matter where there descendents are from, are they not? Atleast, this is what i think.
Also, as far as my knowledge goes, people, Muslims or otherwise, from all over India were invited to move over to Pakistan if they wish to do so..So all those people who migrated at that point are Pakistanis as well...
Re: Biggest non Pakistani populations in Pakistan...
