Re: Beware Pashtunistan
Sa1eem:
Will you please stop your mantra of killing of innocent mohajers (oh, it's innocent citizens now :) ). Far more innocent Bengalis and Balochs have been brutally murdered than MOhajers by the army. And if even only one innocent Mohajre was killed by the agencies, that I don't rule out, is deplorable and I condemn it.
Intra-MQM violence had already caused more than 1000 death and Karachi was becoming ungovernable (H. Abbas: Pakistan's drift into extremism). Now in that situation what other option was left for Benazir? She had to take military action to clean-up the MQM militancy.
I'm still waiting for the proof of the kiling of 10s of thousands of innocent mohajers by Benazir.
I do not believe that anyone in power, be that political person or military person, has any right to use state machinery to kill innocent citizens indiscriminately or kill those citizens that are not fighting the state (be that citizen, Muhajir, Sindhi, Baloch, Pathan or Punjabi).
Here is my previous post you quoted that you turned it into ethnic bias and accused me that I mentioned killings by some but ignored the killings of MQM ... I think that you quoted my this post
Well …
from thread: Re: Dont brand entire provinces/regions as terrorists [split: United States Hands Helos]
Now tell me, where in the post I mentioned killings by political parties fighting with each other or killings within factions (though that has happened in Pakistan at many occasions)?
Can’t you see that in above post I mentioned killing of citizens (be that citizen Muhajir, Sindhi, Baloch, Punjabi, Pathan, Bengali or whatever) on political or ethnic ground by political parties or military person **in power using state machinery** (Police, army, rangers, etc.), due to their tainted eyes looking at their victims political affiliations or ethnic difference. Now it seems that your bias mind has only found one thing to choose from my posts and than give a twist to that to your licking. Only thing such bias behaviour you showed creates similar reactions amongst others.
You should have realized that if I wanted to be part of a party and support any party, who could stop me and why I would be upset or hide my affiliations? I am free citizen of a country and it is my right to be part of any political party I like, though it seems that some are so ethnic bias that they always keep accusing others just because of their own tainted and biased mind:
OK, since you want to see things with tainted ethnic eyes where you can only see MQM and criticize, than be sincere and tell me that, when it happened in Karachi that MQM used police, army or rangers to kill their opponents for whatever reason?
Please let me know. When it happened that people of Karachi went to Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and than started ethnic polarization and terrorism in Lahore, Peshawar or Quetta, or started political or terrorist wings there against people of Lahore in Lahore, people of Peshawar in Peshawar, or people of Queta in Quetta?
I am not member of MQM though I am from Karachi and when I was in Karachi I was member of IJT. I moved to UK even before MQM came into existence (though the way you all post and make comments, showing ethnic hate in cover of showing hate for MQM, I feel that I would have to study MQM and make decision to join :)).
Though I visited Karachi several times over the years and even lived there for years in between, I can say with certainty that MQM is not an ethnic party. Why I am saying that? Because Muhajir themselves are not of one ethnic background, they are collection of diverse ethnicity where some ethnic communities are more far apart to other than they are to Punjabis, Balochs, Sindhis, or Pathans. Actually, I know that there are many Sindhis, Balochs, Punjabis, Kashmiris, Pathans, along with communities of diverse ethnicity in MQM, and they also hold high places in party.
One thing I could not understand is that why it happens that people of different places from Pakistan come to work and live in Karachi and instead assimilating and living together with already settled people of Karachi, start parties and stat fighting already settled people there, creating hate? Why is that? I would like whole Pakistan to live and feel Pakistani and tolerate each other, where everyone can move, work and settle peacefully wherever they want to, but does that mean moving to another place and fighting with people living there, and instead of assimilating and becoming part of new community and area they moved to, start an identity struggle in their new place, threatening already settled people there?
Here is my previous post you quoted. Read and think.
Well … . So you think all these ethnic terrorists like Ayub Khan, Yahya, Z A Bhutto, Zia, BeNazir and their supporters who were ethnic terrorists are not as bad as Mullah Umar and OBL.
Do you think that Ayub Khan saying that he would throw all people of Karachi into Arabian sea (just because of ethnic difference), and his men terrorizing Karachi and killing many innocents after he won election against Fatima Jinnah was not such a bad terrorism?
Do you think that Yahya Khan not giving power to Mujib on ground that he was Bengali and that his action in BD, killing 10s of thousand Bengalis on ethnic ground just because they were Bengalis was not such a bad terrorism?
Do you think that Z ABhutto sacking of Balochistan elected government and using Army to kill Balochs on ethnic ground (Marri and Mengal) for 4 years (until Zia stopped that) was not such a bad terrorism?
Do you think that Zia using Pakistan army to suppress and kill Sindhi Bhutto supporters (though there were Bhutto supporters from other ethnicity too, but he only targeted Sindhi Bhutto supporters) was not such a bad terrorism?
Do you think that BeNazeer terrorism in Karachi where she killed 10s of thousand innocent Muhajirs on ground of ethnicity was not as bad terrorism, or that her pet dog Naseer-ullah Ba** saying that he do not mind killing 1000 innocent Muhajirs as long as he can kill one of her political opponent ‘MQM activitists’ was not such a bad terrorism?
Do you think that those terrorists who supports the terrorism of all above leaders on their ethnic terrorism and support Naseer-ullah Ba** for his ethnic terrorism are bad terrorists?
One can see the difference in situation today and what BB mentality was, is that today government is not saying that they do not mind killing 1000 innocents anywhere as long as government can kill one retarded so-called Jihadi terrorist, rather government is risking life of many innocent soldiers so that innocent civilians are not killed, else if FATA was Karachi, Jihadis were Muhajirs, and if it was government of Ayub or BB than their would have been indiscriminate bombing of FATA to non existence.
These ethnic biased so-called leaders have spread ethnic hatred and ethnic disunity in Pakistan, to extend that ethnicity infiltrated all walks of Pakistani life due to them. Today, Sindhis support Bhutto and BB on ethnic ground. Many Pathans support Ayub on ethnic ground, many Sindhi do not like Zia on ethnic ground.
Even sectarian and religious divide is gift of these so-called leaders, especially Zia. Today Pakistan is divided between confused and misguided ‘retarded extremists’ and Muslims. Today fight is going on between Muslims and ‘retarded extremists’. This war is not about Muslims not tolerating ‘retarded extremists’ right to exist (as Islam promote tolerance, abhor force in religion, and accepts right of people’s choice regarding religious beliefs), but this war is about stopping ‘retarded extremists’ from using force to impose their retarded un-Islamic beliefs on Muslims.
As for Pakistan government fighting them ‘retarded extremists’, the reason is that for Pakistan all Pakistani citizens are equal and thus Pakistan (if under good governance as it is at present) cannot allow such ‘retarded extremists’ to impose their beliefs on other citizen of Pakistan by force, plus Pakistan cannot allow these ‘retarded extremists’ to use Pakistani territory to spread their ‘fitna and terror’ in neighboring country ‘Afghanistan’ and other countries against Pakistan policy. Pakistan government is trying to stop that and these 'retarded extremists' are resisting Pakistan government with arms, and that is what going on.
