Toronto Area-Wedding Photographer/ Videographer
I am looking for suggestions for good wedding photographers/videographers with reasonable prices to cover wedding and walima that are being held in Brampton.

Oh man, I talked to so many of them when I was looking for myself a couple months back. Let's see...what's your budget like? Because there's some that are fairly new so have better prices. Some are more expensive.
Photography
Amna Hakim - her pricing is a little expensive, but her work is amazing! She's based in Ottawa but does Toronto weddings too.
Projected Life Photography (Taha Ghaznavi) - Again, pricing a little expensive but really good!
Talha Siddiqui - his prices weren't too bad.
Ali K - prices decent
Aamer Kapadia - pretty good pricing cuz he's fairly new but he's good!
There were a couple more, I'll have to go look back at my research and will tell you more.
Videography
This depends on what kinda video you want. You want those glam bollywood style ones? We didn't wanna spend too much on video and didn't care for the bollywood style videos so we went with a white guy who's prices were great.
ABCi - They are supposed to be the best, but they're insanely expensive.

yes..I looked at Aamer Kapadia's work and really like it..but just never got around to calling him...ABCI is insanely expensive..my bro's friend had his wedding shot by ABCI..they are nice but just feel they are not worth the price tag...we also don't want to spend a bunch of cash for videography..you look at pictures the rest of your life but videos you may look at every now and then...if you can give me some idea of price range for the photographers you mentioned that would be great...
was hoping to spend around $3K for 3 days but looks like it maybe impossible..who did your photography and how did it turn out?

^The videographers I listed are all more than 4K, except for Art of Video. I spoke to them a few months ago, they quoted soemthing around 2K. So you can try them. We're goign with a non-brown guy. I can tell you about him too if you're interested. Only issue with him would be that I'm gonna have to make an entire list of songs to be put in the video...but he's shot a few brown weddings.
For photohraphy, I'm going with Aamer Kapadia as well. I'm not married yet..so I can't say how it'll turn out...but I do like his work and he quotes reasonably. He doesn't even have a set number of hours. Most photographers work by the hour. He's available to us all day.

Other than that, i would recommend J Malik, Aamer Kapadia, Projected Life (probably pricier than the ones i already mentioned), Ovyian Photography, Yellow Barn
I had Art of Video for videography - & wasn’t happy with his customer service…so i can’t recommend him.

Oh and guys whatever you do STAY AWAY from Nice Video productions (I think that's the name)....
So far he gave the cheapest quote..a friend hired him for the wedding..just watched her wedding video yesterday and honestly I would rather have a family member make video using a regular camcorder than hire this guy...
