^Only the rubbish parts of London are crowded and trashy (like New York and nearly every major city).. Can’t exactly call Hampstead, St. John’s Wood, Knightsbrige, Kensington or even more middle class areas like Islington that.. Unfortunately, the majority of desis live in the more downmarket areas..

Of course u can get a mansion in Houston for the price of a an apartment in a decent part of London, it’s far less desirable..

I’m talking about in general, every place even Karachi has nice parts, but in general its a dump.

Yeah London has nice parts I saw them too, but in general its crowded and dirty, come on, even people who live there admit that.

Cheap real estate here is due to the fact that there is vast amounts of land here, not like over crowded London. Everything is spread out or as my parents say “khola khola”

Think about it why do so many Brits move here then? To Florida, Texas, California or even to Australia etc..?

As far as desire goes Tokyo has the most expensive real estate, that doesn’t make it a desirable place to live. It has to do with low availability of land on which to live on.

A shack is a shack, doesn’t matter if its in London with a 300,000 pound price tag, or Ghana, its a shack. Just means more of your disposable income is used up.

The only reason people move to London, is THERE IS NO OTHER MAJOR CITY IN BRITAIN, London is all you got, yeah there is Manchester, Birmingham etc..but those aren’t major cities or anything, you have one major international city, that’s it, so of course everyone will move there.

The rest are just smaller towns with dirty chavs.

Give me wide smooth freeways, big malls, and big houses, over crowded, dingy , over taxed, and urine filled London any day. ( What my cousin from London said upon visiting Dallas).
