California is the BEST . Weather . Job . Desi Community . Name it , and its better than any other place .

The best cities to live in are Sunnyvale , San Jose , Mountain View , Palo alto . This area is full of highly educated people and also knows as Silicon Valley . Come on you’ll be living next to Google , San Francisco and Stanford University . What else you want

If you don’t have an annual income of 130-150k then don’t think of moving to the Silicon valley. Even then you can pretty much forget about buying a decent size home here. Cost of living is very high and half of the time you’d be stuck on freeway.
San Diego (So Cal) is a very nice place to live. Awsome weather, beaches, nice rexaled culture and amazing people. Its not very cheap but worth it. But not a whole lot of desis.
