The Saudi Military isnt as bad as everyone is making them out to be...some of the military is trained by Pakistani's. Its true they were very weak during the Gulf war but things have changed. The military is capable...its the government which lacks the guts to use it.

Saudis bought 74 Euro Fighters to repalce their British Tornado fighters.
They could give those fighters to Pakistan which are pretty good in deterring India

Thirdly, PAF opts only for single-engined aircrafts. PAF does not have very much experience with twin-engined aircrafts, and also, maintaining a twin engined aircraft is even more complicated and expensive then a single engined a/c.
Thirdly, Tornado is not that good of a platform. Its average.
I'd rather wait for J-10, even if these Tornados were coming to Pakistan for free.

so pakistan could still use these planes as giving air cover to the army units
if we get them at a cheap price, why reject them
pakistan should make the F-16 and J-10 as the back bone of our fleet and augment those fighters with JF-17 and our Mirage Fleet.
