Hello,

Just curious to find out which one do you consider to be the best internet browser and why?

I have the following:

Internet Explorer
Mozilla Firefox
Opera
Apple Safari (just installed)

Out of the pack, having used extensively, I must say i like Firefox the best. It loads faster and is crash-free; whereas, IE 7 seemed a bit slow. I’m going to be using the Apple Safari for the next few days, alternating between Safari and Firefox and see if Safari fares well.

Anyone else here used Safari on a PC? What can you say about it from your experience?

Safari is okay....but the add-ons to FireFOX are just so sweet! So until others comeup with such add-ons, I will stick to firefox.

Never used opera.

try avant. very IE'ish...but nicer. i still like FF. too used to it now :o

i got safari,mozzilla,and explorer so i would say explorer and mozzila are the best and safari iz ok 2 :bigthumb:

Firefox any day... can't live without the extensions.

I use firefox but still a lot of people use IE, also tested safari, opera, avant, maxthon

all r just ordinary, firefox is best among all

Safari and firefox are build upon different ideologies. No one is denying everyone can learn a thing or two from the UI Apple and safari provide. However Apple rely on their own brilliance. Firefox is open, the idea is you can customise it to your needs. Nothing else provides as many extensions for a browser. It is for that reason I tend to use firefox the most.

So firefox takes the lead according to GS survey thus far.

I agree, the extension are an attractive feature on it. I'm done with Safari for the most part, it's alright. Nothing too special.
