Would that count as a modern human discovery though considering the humans that discovered fire were not humans but our ancestors.

Humans as know it evolved to what they are 30-60k years ago I think.

It is the one we all use every day actually more than once a day.................Indoor Plumbing.........i.e. the Water Closet.....aka ...John....Crapper!

You can only appreciate it when you go camping or go to places without these facilities!
