waiseyy where i livee .. women take 10 pounds one side .. and it aint even ful hand .. its like one long line of pattern from the tip of your finger .... upto around middle of your forearm .. aur pata nahi 20 Pounds for both sides .. i dunt knoww muchh .. my sis had it done one or two times but .. after gtting it done ... my sis can do it way better .. :@:
