Muslim countries tend to give the children to the dad, christian/western countries tend to give the children to the mom.
you began your argument with the wrong premise. In Pakistan, the number of cases where the children went to the dad are less than 5 percent. The only times the father gets the children is when the mother has a poor character and it is proven in court.
