Share three best most thoughtful compliments you have ever received.
“If I ever had a daughter, I’d want her to be just like you.” This compliment almost brought a tear or two to my dry eyes (allergies ). This compliment came from a work lead I worked with for almost a year. She was 60some and apparently nobody could deal with her without getting annoyed so my boss partnered me up with her. I didn’t mind.
When I taught preschool, a student's mother told me that she could tell I have a good heart just by loooking at me....that was really sweet. It happened several years ago and it came to my mind a few days back.
my uncle once said to me..."you are unlike others and you are genetically a gentleman"... :) thank you uncle but i ain't like that...i'm a bad bad man! :D
I'm a nerd and someone telling me "You're soooo intelligent/smart/intellectual/well-read" is the BEST compliment anyone could ever give me.
During my teaching degree I was doing a volunteer placement in a classroom under a teacher's supervision, and I had my students tell me that they liked my teaching style soooo much better and they wished I was their real teacher instead :)
"You look just like your mother!" My mother is a slim, youthful-looking, gori-chiti goddess, light eyes, epitome of desi beauty standards. Unfortunately I get all my looks from my dad's side of the family and while I still think I am reasonably decent looking, I think I look nothing like her :( So when someone tells me I look like her it makes my day :)

How can you be unlike others when you are genetically a gentleman.....I wonder

So you're sanwali then? Hey nothings wrong with being on the brown side.
Well i consider the compliments i get on my strong character to be the best! I am often complimented by family/extended family/friends that i lead a very clean life despite having all kind of exposure to everything that makes you go weak . So yah that is very precious to me :k:. I still remember in high school, alot of “popular” girls would tell me how they envy me for being so true and real and not giving in to the peer pressure and being someone i am not. And how they wish they could be that way but they are just not strong enough!
Also, When my aunt came to see my thesis she was so proud of my work and told her daughters that this is what she wishes they can follow :).
