Rizla its not cultural many all women in time of PROPHET MUHAMMAD SAW use to cover there face and they started it after the order were given in quran not before it because before they
use to walk without covering themselves much read ARAB history first women used to do tawaf of kabah naked in the time before coming of Prophet MUHAMMAD SAW

What is celibacy?
Celibacy is a prolonged state of self imposed avoidance from carnal pleasures. It has a looong history. People who practice celibacy are usually very good natured folks and some times religious/ spiritual guides.
In East there are buhdist Monks, Sadhu, Sant , Darvesh, Faqir. In western hemisphere there are Monks, hermits nuns priest etc.
Now you might ask how this form of life is related to this topic ?
Good question.
On the outer surface they are not related, but at the inner core there is some strong relevance.
Attaining celibacy for a normal healthy individual is not a cup of tea. It requires strong will power, rigorous training and years of spiritual and religious affiliation.
At the end of the day, the person who attains celibacy needs to tested. If we study history there are scores of stories of churches where monks and hermits were checked for their stimulus after years of training. They were confined to rooms with young and ripe females. And the test was also a part of training to kill that basic instinct. They were asked to sleep together with bare flesh. They were able to stay afloat of the natural human desires, stimulus and basic instinct.
In the end these monks and other holy figures are assigned religious tasks, duties.
The procedures in eastern part is bit different but results are similar. You might have seen in some movie that seductress women try to appease Sadhu, sant or Jogi… but they remain unmoved.
I am no-where saying that they choose the other outlet for gratification The real monks, sadhu ,Jogis etc are not interested in sex at all. They have attained the state of celibacy after very long hardship and training.

Achieving 100% perfect result from any activity, practice or training is not possible for humans. Do you agree ?
And again the above mentioned practice was for a well defined goal. What if the practice is same but there is no goal in mind ???
