Actually, I think that it depends how you enter your home country. Even if you are a dual citizen and carry a pakistani passport/NICOP, if you enter Pakistan on a Paki Visa on your blue passport, you are a U.S citizen there with RIGHTS or so I have heard.
I don't think so. I have not done any research on this from any authoritative source, but I know several people in UK, who adamantly refused to take dual Pakistani citizenship just to avoid this. They told me that if you are dual citizen, you lose your rights regardless of which passport gets stamped when you enter Pakistan (or any other country). It seems if you are a dual citizen, you are no one's responsibility.
