on a similiar note, what's Pakistani embassy/consulate website? They used to be pretty good few years back with a website up and running, all the forms available online to download with related info + fee etc but now I did google search few times some time back and it can't even find Pakistani embassy site in the top ten result. after much browsing I was able to find "a site" that looked like consulate but it lacked all the forms and info.

Benefits for Cardholders
1.
Without prejudice to any other rights, benefits, privileges or capacities enjoyed by or available to a non-resident citizen who simultaneously holds the nationality or citizenship of any other country or state together with his Pakistani citizenship, such a non-resident citizen shall, upon issuance of the card to him and during the period of validity of his said card, have the right to enter into Pakistan without a visa from such port or place, by such route and in accordance with such conditions, if any, as are prescribed pursuant to section 13 of the Passport Act, 1974 (XX of 1974).
2.
A valid card issued to a non-resident citizen shall be the conclusive proof of his being a citizen of Pakistan for the purposes of availing protection of the Government of Pakistan in any foreign country or state as a Pakistani citizen. The Federal Government shall recognize, afford and ensure full protection to them as citizens of Pakistan under the law, to all cardholders abroad.
3.
The Authority may arrange for and make available other lawful benefits, rights and privileges for holders of the card, as it may deem fit, in association with governmental or private organizations or entities in order to create more incentives for citizens to register under these rules.

My Pakistani visa will most probably expire before I'd get to visit Pakistan next time so I'm thinking about getting nincompoop card. Does it really work? Do they really really allow you to enter with an expire visa and a POC card? They won't jail you or anything, right?

No they will not allow you without a valid Visa...unless you have a pakistani passport (valid ofcourse).

If we were able to protect our citizens in other countries we would have attempted to protect you since u hold that card
if you are a dial citizen, please rely on the other country of citizenship tp watch out for your interests. on another thought, hide your pakistani passport and id, ..oh wait...you may get hijacked by terrorists, in which case its better to show them pakistani id than UK or US id...oh wait...they hate pakistanis too. summary..dont carry the card

If we had services and benefits for citizens, we would offer them to you..even new ones our cheetay come up with to make you feel special
other lawful benefits such as taking away your foriegn currency accounts, filling jaali votes using your info for the party we want to win.

dekho yaar, pay for a visa go in on your farangi passport, so if there is some hungama there, or some punga then US can save your butt.
