Even if Benazir is divorced/separated from Mr. 10%, she'll be still an incompetent ex-leader. Twice was enough, Pakistanis don't need a third time to be convinced of her incompetence.

^ Let the people decide and any military dictator will lose his deposit standing against her from any constituency of Pakistan. That is the reality and that is why the current dictator is afraid of letting her back in.

Yup, because of Mr 10% and Nawaz Sharif hounding her in the courts she fled the country in April 1999. Nowadays she seems to be distancing herself from both losers, and divorced or not, I don't think Zardari will be coming back with her to Pakistan when she does.

yep, I think she would have done better if it was not for 10 percent.. She married 10 percent for political reasons because the scum is from her village. Had she married a gentleman from UK it might had a negative impact on her political carrier…
My brother knows 10 percent personally, calls him a thief and a thug…

I think big tind provided much cleaner governance than her. I never liked her even when she was in power. Allah(swt) snatched Gen. Zia, too soon from us. My friends and family literally cried at his janaza. He was one of the best rulers to rule Pakistan- maybe the best in South Asia.

I disagree. Zia was the one of most destructive rulers this country has ever had, and Nawaz Sharif was by far the most incompetent we have ever had. Benazir-Zardari may have committed a great deal of corruption, but Nawaz Sharif topped all previous rulers by his looting of the Foreign Currency Accounts. He should have been hanged just for that grand theft alone!
If I had to choose between BB and Nawaz I would choose certainly choose her, because although one may disagree with her politics and her past misdeeds, no one can deny her party does have a genuine political vote bank. It's a terrible shame that she wasted so much good will from the people in the late 80's by giving Zardari and his lot a free hold on the national exchequer, and not consolidating Pakistan political's institutions in her years in power.

Janaab, this is because of Zia we have such a strong defense we can be proud.. he had guts to scare Rajiv Gandhi just by telling something in his ears.. Nawaz was 10X better than the Bibi- most of the PAkistanis like Nawaz more than they ever did BB. Zia brought back religion in Pakistan.. Sad we are not following Shariah completely

Yeah Shri Zia was the best he helped our Afghan brothers by giving them a free hand to bring their guns & drugs to our cities..

FYI, Your screen name is also Afghani.. I don’t know your real name or where are you from Pakistan but Zia was a master administrator who helped Pakistan move forward. He helped Balochistan and during his time there were no Bugtis who would revolt against the govt. Zia was instrumental in buying sophisticated arms and machinery to our Army. Zia was a pure Islamist and helped our country remain an Islamic nation and not become a loser secular state.. :k: hats off to him.. I am not racist, but I believe that rulers from Punjab have always been truthful, honest and patriotic.. Punjabis are always true and kind at heart.

Zia was great - He brought drugs, Klashnikovs and murdered an elected prime minister, lost Siachin to India, got elected through a fraud refrendum. The biggest scum in the history of Pakistan, who manipulated Islam to perpetuate his rule.
