Benazir monument in Islamabad?

I got this “online petition” request to sign saying the govt is planning on a BB monument in Islamabad (costing around Rs 1B). Does anyone know how much truth is to it? The link to petition is here:

It was on TV also on some political discussion program 2-3 days ago so I believe its true and if it is, what a shame. I know this has been planned long ago but now it should be cancelled or at least halted.

It has come to the attention of the people of Pakistan that a plan has been approved by the Government for the construction of a monument in Islamabad for our former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. It has also come to the attention of the people of Pakistan that the overall cost of this monument will be close to Rs.1 Billion.

Which people of Pakistan? what is the source of this news? It looks bogus and fruad news to malign a dead personality.

Just found out that news is not so bogus after all, construction cost is Rs 400million while land cost is around Rs 500million.
