I remember those days when BB was alive and use to be in Opposition, she often writes or issue statements inviting foreign forces to intervene in Pakistan, but with BB she never said that she is bidding for Free Pakistan, her main concerns use to be the kind of FREE & FAIR Election which ensures her victory, anything other than that use to be result of rigged elections.
Now the revolutionary leader has chosen the same path, he is inviting EU to ensure the FREE & FAIR election which can guarantee his success, and if he loses then the elections are rigged…
Does Mr. Khan knows that there is a cost attached with it, and that cost has to be carried by the people of Pakistan and not himself… does he knows that his statement shows that he do not have any trust on any institution of Pakistan…
Moreover, does he have any Idea that the NRO govt was ensured by the same foreign forces?
What is he upto??

EU should ensure holding of free, fair elections in Pakistan: Imran **
ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan stressed that the European Union should ensure the holding of free and fair elections in Pakistan.
He expressed these views while talking to Ambassador and Head of Delegation of the European Union His Excellency Lars-Gunnar Wigemark who called on the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan in Islamabad here on Monday. They discussed matters of mutual interest in the meeting.
Imran stressed that the European Union should ensure the holding of free and fair elections in Pakistan for which genuine electoral lists and an independent election commission were essential pre-requisites. He warned that if the path to free and fair elections was impeded, there would be a bloodbath in the country. He expressed hope that PTI would sweep the next elections in the country and form the government to put the country on way to progress and salvation.
Moreover, he said that there is no military solution to the problem of militancy. He suggested that an immediate ceasefire should be announced in the tribal region that should be followed by the initiation of dialogue with the militant groups. The process of reconciliation could be expedited through the setting up of a truth and reconciliation commission that should address all the nagging issues for facilitating harmony and peace throughout the war-ravaged region. He said there was a need to win over the tribal people, and this could not happen through bombing them. This would happen only if their genuine concerns were addressed and remedies, said Imran.
He also stressed that Pakistan should immediately disengage itself from the US-led ‘war on terror’ which never was Pakistan’s war. It is a war that we have been fighting for the sake of dollars that have enriched a few people in the country at the cost of our sovereignty and national interests, he said. Imran also said that Pakistan was being ruled by a corrupt mafia that had been facilitated into power by the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO). He asserted that since the rulers had their assets abroad, their children were based abroad and their interests were out of this country, they had no commitment to Pakistan or its interests. According to him, their only interest was their personal agg*****sement for which they were denuding the country of its wealth and resources.
The PTI chief said that given the opportunity, his party would introduce a transparent culture of governance which, beginning at the top, would penetrate to the grassroots level with no exception. Taxes would be levied and everyone who had to pay would be made to pay. This would be made possible by making everyone accountable to the rule of law without an exception.

Does anyone including yourself has any confidence in paksitani institutions. Show me posts where you have posed confidence in pakistani institutions. Why criticise others for what you dont beleive in yourself, just because you dont like the guy.

I agree with your point, but does that mean foreign intervention is necessary for everything we do? I mean where does it stops, and what does it says about us as a nation that we aren't capable of doing anything at all without outside intervention?

Do i have to write my confidence in the institutes here?
For Instance! Ijaz Butt is Chairman of PCB, wrong guy, yes but does that mean Pakistan cricket team is not ours? does that mean we don't trust in our team!!! does that mean we should not owe their winning and loosing?
Same goes for Police? their performance is pathetic but does that mean we should take law in our own hand? does that mean i should by pass them and get the justice done by using my own powers and means even if it means importing it from outside?
And just for your info, because you are getting personal here, had your favorite guy not issued this statement, was it possible for me to post it here???
And last but not least, please try to comment on the issue and try to not make it matter of personal like or dislike, i am not commenting on his personal life or personal matters, i am commenting on his stance on national issue which involves me... and would continue to do so..
Sorry to break your bubble, but your rants make you sound like a demagogue than a rational thinker. I recall your much consternation at "establishment support", a theory propagated by the goons/dakus/hypocrites you support, which sadly never materialized.

I have commented on the issue and have not been personal. You are the one getting personal. I am not an imran supporter but to you anyone defending anything automatically becomes supporter. not worth getting into discussion with you. I shall not be responding to you anymore.

international community always monitor elections, people from EU, US, UN or other countries do monitor elections officially/unofficially in all the countries. There is nothing like inviting forces to Pakistan to hold elections under UN. I agree to the topic though BB only believe in the elections where she /her party wins the election, thats the only democracy in her book.
knowing the practice in Pakistan to toil the results in the chosen party by various parties and also due to thuggery of many on the election day and organized pre and post poll rigging, all he is asking for fair election with fair voting lists!! now whats wrong with that? for fair elections either you have a powerful election commission in the country, or any other body thats un biased and powerful or stay un biased due to international pressure/acceptance!
some people just hate him and doesnt take it as opinion or the subject matter!
