belly button ring for a bride?

my friend had her belly button pierced. They kind of numb it before piercing, so it didn't hurt so much then. However cleaning and taking care of initially is tough, and she got an infection which hurt like heck!!!

It just doesnt look right, esp as a bride

Bridal or not, I totally dislike odd piercings and tattoos. Ear/nose piercings were more than enough for me and somehow I have developed an aversion to other piercings. I also think an elaborate and contemporary mehndi tattoo can beat any permanent one. No matter how modernized we get belly baring and dare to bare brides are just so NOT fun!!

^lol. tattoos FREAK me out. there's nothing i hate more.

im not a fan of belly buttons either but navel rings can look nice if the stomach is decent looking.. definitely not on a bride though.

ah i remember i had wanted to get a belly piercing and surprise my hubby with it, but I was stupid enough to ask his opinion on what he thinks of them and he said that they look quite ugly and skanky.....there went my dream of surprising him

never seen it with a muslim bride but it looks hot if the girl is in shape and not muslim but if she is it's just not the place nor the appropriate time. you should look classy on your wedding day and showing your stomach as a muslim bride is the first way to get people to talk nonsense about your character, reflect badly on your parents and the way they raised you and so forth.
