And if you are too cool for that, just give a visit to campus of LUMS/LSE in Lahore or sit at any cafe/coffee shop in DHA and observe. I am sure you wont find any significant differences

Real Pakistan is the 99 percent people who don’t go high society schools. And people who do go to LUMS/LSE are not well accustomed to American/European culture either.
