I was scared to death when I heard of the bridge collapsing in Minneasota and cars with people in them fell down into the river. Think of it, my both fear combined. It was terrible
This reminds me of a most unfortunate incident that happened in our extended family.
A guy had a fight in university and was shot dead along with driver and 4 other friends on his way back home a few days later. The doctors produced death certificate right away without bothering autopsy. Since some of the bodies had bled a lot, they were buried within 3-4 hours. The guy's grandfather had gone hysterical. He didnt cry a tear but kept saying 'i know ghufrran is alive'. The next day after fajar he left home alone and dug the grave. When he removed the wooden bars, the dead body was in sitting posture, had tried to dig earth since he couldnt move the bars, but was no more at that moment. (My memory is misty, i might have forgotten some part). But that turned out to be most shocking news ever.
The doctors had been bribed to produce death certificates.
I am sure this is what you were told. What I am saying is that perhaps the version you were told was 'remixed'. If someone is shot, and then declared dead, and then buried, I doubt he would be able to get up, out of his coffin and dig the ground later. Also, I am not sure if one grampa can dig a grave all the way to the body.
I could be wrong though. Bizarre things do happen.
But I mean, think about it waking up in a coffin. Is it possible?
we muslims dont get buried in a claustrophobic coffin unless the death was unnatural and body in a complete mess.
we get buried in a spacious grave which even has space for sitting.
Fear of being buried alive: An abnormal and persistent fear of being buried alive is called taphephobia.
A phobia is an unreasonable sort of fear that can cause avoidance and panic. Phobias are a relatively common type of anxiety disorder. Phobias can be treated with cognitive behavioral therapy using exposure and fear reduction techniques. In many cases, anti-anxiety or anti-depressant medication proves helpful, especially during the early stages of therapy.
The term “taphephobia” is derived from the Greek “taphos” meaning “grave” + “phobia” from the Greek “phobos” meaning “fear” = literally, fear of the grave, or fear of being put in the grave while still alive.
yea exactly phobia=mind playing games
usually those people suffer from phobias who have a lavish lifestyle and no worries of life.
Phobia’s usually overtake when a person is sure he would be unable to escape from a given situation.
My advice to Phobiacs is cross the bridge when u come to it.Stop crossing it now cause there aint no bridge right now to cross.

You Are Right Nasir Bhai This Is Not Possible................. If Really Wanna Make It Possible We Are Here Always The Grave Diggers Loll :)
^lol true.
waisay if someone is so much worried of being buried alive he/she can simply ask his children or closer relatives to visit him/her at cemetary at regular intervals for 2,3 days i mean not a big deal.or pay the undertaker extra bucks to keep his ears open.i see no point of worrying.
