Just think they got advanced weapons which Pak army dont even possess, From where they got them, Russia supplies into Afghanistan and from there it is comming by diffrent ways, Indians, aand kurds are going to Afghanistan to get the weapons, thats y ISI decided to close the Pak Afghan border..

Kamran Khan, a legislator from Waziristan in Pakistan’s lower house of Parliament, told TOI that many in the poor tribal areas fail to undergo circumcision because it is either not mandated in their tribal codes or because in many villages there are neither hospitals or even barbers, who perform most circumcisions in rural areas.
“People are either circumcised in hospitals or barbers do the job. Neither we have hospitals in Waziristan nor institution of barbers,’’ Khan said, adding that poor people of Waziristan can’t afford to take their male children to other areas for circumcision.
“I don’t deny there are uncircumcised people in Waziristan but it doesn’t mean that there are no circumcised ones.’’
Majority of some Pashtun Tribals don't circumsize."

this is obviously a RAW/Mossad/CIA conspiracy hatched 1000 years ago that created teh tribal custom of not circumcising, just to confuse the poor military

Not true...! I used to go to NWFP and other frontier areas as a kid and I used to pee with friends and I found them circumcized.

Bro i m not pointing out anyone of us, but its the fact, this is wat we have got from our researchers, they tuk DNA as well, they got alots of documents, which belongs to Afghanistan, Russia and India.

we both ( Paksitan & India ) always engaged in our borders when ever there is something important going on in the world, how, they hire some people, make artificial papers of india and pakistan, train them, and let them go and do some terrorism, if they got caught, Pakistan says, its india Raw agent, and if its in India it wil be Pakistani hahahaha.. they are playing with us and we dont even know about it, they dont want us to pay attention on other matters..

Coz they are afraid if they attend us they might not be a super power any more. coz we got talent, we got hands for struggle anything we want.

well circumcision doesnt make a u muslim... But its must for a muslim to be circumcised !

Well, though I m not a muslim myself, but what I know is that circumcision is a sunnah and not a fard. Therefore its by no means a must for a muslim. Although muslims get it done.

And what about the ones who convert in their adulthood to Islam?

If one is not circumcized, they can do circumcision on themselves as an adult.

bottom line (no pun intended), just circumcision or lack of it does not prove that the terrorists and militants are not Pakistanis and must be foreigners.

I also find it difficult to understand how they can determine whether a person is Afghani or Pakistani based on DNA unless they have those of known immediate family to match it with
