i was looking for the recipie of patties and i came across this forum, so i registered myself and now im here.It seems to be a decent form of communication.
i want to know how do you make the qeema for patties.
is there someone from southern maryland???

It would be a good idea to go over the 1st page of this thread, it has some good tips and recipies.

and if you want to make with keema just make the keema with your regular spices(salt, coriander powder, (red,green, or blk peper whichever you prefer) ginger garlic paste), add tomato puree at the time of bhonafying it, add finely chopped onions(like for omellet) at dum and fill them as mentioned above.

ditto to wat everyone else said : use the frozen puff pastry sheets. IF you want to use keema filling, cook it like you would normally. I add lotsa zeera and crushed adrak. Also a few sprinkles of italian seasoning can do wonders.

Here they are… after 15 minutes at 400F. I let them sit another 5 minutes and they were golden brown. As promissed, the pic.

there is nothing interesting about a piece of puff pastry with a bit o chicken inside
