We made beef patties this past weekend using the Pillsbury dough and they came out great. Definitely an Aftar pleaser!

Here they are... after 15 minutes at 400F. I let them sit another 5 minutes and they were golden brown. As promissed, the pic.

I make these all the time. They are quite easy. You can even make them in a toaster oven if you want to make a few at a time only instead of turning on the whole oven to make, say four pastries.

Femme, just imagine ...it's 4 pm and the salad you ate at lunch is long gone... you have a couple of these warmed up with a sizzling bubbling coke...the crispy flakes melting in the mouth ...oh nirvana.
Mehnaz, it might be easy for you because you probably make them out of aaloo...mine were made with love and care and lots of shredded chicken breast and Philly cream cheese...it needed the attention, motivation and love...which I am very capable of giving.

I never use aloo, I make mine with keema only.

I think Sajal used spinach.
I am so proud of you guys!!! You are now all to be remembered as The Pattie-Makers.
I shall try them myself on Eid InshaAllah although I am vary of putting cream cheese in the patties. But we shall see.

Yes these were spinach ones and also
the very first ones I made. They got better aftwerwards.
