no tips on attaining fair skin...unfortunately you will have to live with being dark.

for thicker hair, i suggest protein and iron supplements.

for fair skin i think fair and lovely will be great.just kidding but never use skin bleach containing hydroquinone because its hazardous to skin.

you cant change your skin color but you can get a healthier/fresher complexion. Loads of homemade remedies around here on GS, you can find them easily by searching. :)

for hair, as suggested by Reha, iron supplements really help.

putting methi na and kalonji in mustard oil (sarson ka tail) would also help with hairs

n there are several ways of attaining a beautiful n a lighter complexion .. plz dont talk like this making ppl hopeless that nothing cud b done.. .. i have seen number of people doing great improvement in their complexion all u need is devotion to ur skin:blush:…
