I have never heard of anyone being able to make heavy cream at home. I think there is something about the process of making the cream that cannot be done in the kitchen, so I would suggest buying heavy cream. If you are in Pk, it may be called something else, perhaps “thickened cream” or “whipping cream.” You would then whip it with a whisk or a hand blender until it is the consistency that you want. i use NESTLE,s creation dessert cream for simplest frosting …1 pack cream wid 2 tb icing suger n few drops essense…beat 3-5 min untill fluffy…n its ready
for choclate frosting i use any tetra pack cream 1 pack with 4 tb coco powder 3-4 tbsp icing suger n half cup milk ,cook untill smooth n thick .

2 c melted orange sherbet (i used target brand its halal)
2/3 c OJ or diet orange soda
2 c flour
1-3/4 c sugar
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 c sour cream
9 egg whites
1/4 c oil
1 T orange extract(use something which is strong if u want good orange flavor)
some orange food color
Mix all dry ingredients by hand using a whisk in a very large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees.for 45-50mins..
