Isn't the devolution of Assembly is constitutional thing, i mean if the leader of the house thinks that assembly have lost it mandate then he can advice the governor to dissolve it and in case of federal govt, president can do the same on the advice of PM...
well NS league are scared of PPP in senate which their right while they have majority! having said that N league has right to play dirty politics and dissolve assembly for only this reason, instead making this on the point of own and PPP corruption and failed governments!!

yeah but to talk of devolution every other day is not sane either, there are many other 'provisions' in the constitution but that does not mean all of them should be invoked whenever one feels like.
