Not sure if anybody had mentioned this already but the rule of thumb with batteries is to completely discharge them, then put em to charge and fill up till 100% then discharge completely before attempting to recharge. Idea being plug into the wall as less often to keep battery life as prosperous as possible.

hmm well I don’t want to be out and have the phone die on me that’s why I don’t let it get too low. But I get the logic of letting it completely drain.

I never turn off my phone or laptop. Phone is always on fully and laptop is on hibernate at night.
