Re: Bargello.com.....my worst experience
I'm an existing customer of Bargello! I don't work for them but I do buy on regular basis.
There should be a healthy discussion, you should be able to listen to both positive and negative comments.
Aashi, can you swear upon Allah that you have really contacted Bargello for return of your trousseau? Have you read their reutrn policy?
Remember, if you lied you'd get divorced in your first year! Now, write down the truth! Think again!
Trust me, it's a very healthy discussion. Imagine all of what has happened so far in this thread happened in real room with all of us around. If you are a girl, I may not have laid hands on you but imagine other ladies' frowned faces and what not over your over-the-top arguments.
Even if some return policy exists if the designer/owner hasn't been nice enough to her to alter modifications (in the first place) according to her original order, I don't know what else IS good business and customer service.
Also, I may be missing something here but wasn't Ashi expected to get married soon or she may already be busy in her wedding if it's approaching. I would not want to either return or 'show proof' or 'post pictures' while so much is happening around.
Anyways, as someone said, it's getting enough bizarre already. I would only hope that we become not only more aware of our rights but know of a proper way of getting our rights back once snatched or dishonored and at the same time businesses listen to customers' voice. After all, it's not just Ashi whom many of us haven't even known in any other way than this forum but imagine how many distrust and disbelief has her story created. People not only abhor Bargello now, they seem to find online websites less credible. I, for one, would find visiting real shops doing all the bargain there and visit them few times to get a dress like that very very annoying. Of course if it's too cheap than the online websites or the quality is really good or as someone said she knows and have been working with a lahori tailor master sab, you would want to stick with the old businesses. But otherwise, I think if online businesses or websites ARE more convenient and cheaper (which they should be and probably are) than the real shops, there has to be SOME WAYS to create a dialog, raise your voice and be heard and let the businesses respond. After all, which business can exist without customers?
As for you, SumairaK, please, by any means, get a life :P
