Its interesting how you find caveats in rules in this case and not in that. You consistently call Pakistan a country that doesnt have Islamic laws, what laws does it have then by your standards? What is the fatwa for expatriates living in Turkey, they are not allowed to wear the veil while living in a Muslim majority country. Why is that different from UK?
