Banana Republic of Pakistan

Re: Banana Republic of Pakistan

You have right to your opinion, but not right to your facts. So please talking about democracy and parliament don't forget to acknowledge we are already one of the most corrupt country in the world. May our prayers (wouldn't count on parliament and their filled suitcases with bribes) save us before we get like Somalia.

Re: Banana Republic of Pakistan

Figures uncovered last month by Pakistan’s Center for Investigative Reporting (CIR), an independent research group, shed fresh light on the complexities of corruption. The data was drawn from Pakistan’s Election Commission, an independent body that compiles the financial declarations and tax statements of political candidates. According to the CIR, almost 50 per cent of Pakistani lawmakers pay no tax at all, and more than 1 in 10 have never registered with tax authorities. Those that do pay contribute negligible amounts. 2010 figures from the Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency estimate that legislators in Pakistan have a net worth, on average, of $800,000. And yet, according to the CIR’s report, many pay less than $100 in tax, with some contributions as low as $17.

Re: Banana Republic of Pakistan

So this is the reason IK storming NA...

But he says otherwise!!

Re: Banana Republic of Pakistan

Did he sent you fax or email showing his intentions?

Re: Banana Republic of Pakistan

Both Imran and Tahir should be carted to the dug outs where the Terrorist Taliban use to hide in Miransha for siding with the enemy during a war!

That is where both belong and their supporters should go with them also!

these acts are treasonous plain and simple!

Re: Banana Republic of Pakistan

I dont care what he say, This is the one of reason why lot of people are there. I am not pti supporter but NS is one of the most corrupt leader of all time in pakistan and uses gullocracry and courts to pnuish who disagree with him.

"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual." Thomas Jeferson

Re: Banana Republic of Pakistan

bahahahaha… agar fair and lovely elections ho gaye to bohot saaray “leaders” ka lungi dance ho jaye ga mere bhai, jo log public mai naaRa badhtay hayn, ya T khujatay hayn specially

and somewhere you said you “supported” the party, right :hehe:… khul ke support karo jis party ko karna ho yaar, dartay kewn ho :hehe:

I didn’t say whole vote bank of MQM is because of printing press, MQM has been a reality, it “won” hearts in the past, but as of late its on verge of total collapse. If last elections were truly fair MQM would’ve received a major stick up there

IK has gone nuts, there is no doubt about that. Before elections there were no signs of insanity, and people were with him, they’d have dumped MQM in many areas (not just Clifton/Defense).

Re: Banana Republic of Pakistan

Pity the nation divided into fragments, each fragment deeming itself a nation.

Pity the nation that acclaims the bully as hero, and that deems the glittering conqueror bountiful.

Re: Banana Republic of Pakistan

Poor country. Rich selfish politicians with inflated sense of entitlement.

Notice Imran Khan’s sons are flying in style in business class too! Do teenagers need all that luxury? Why not just travel in good old economy and donate the difference in fare between economy and business class to one of daddy Khan’s endless charity and “fundraising” drives? Srange!
