I have the recipe of it and wanted to know how it would turn out.....:)
banana banana banana banana banana banana banana ![]()
OK......for those who haven't heard of it...here's the recipe
4 very ripe bananas
1 tbsp ghee/oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chopped unsalted, peeled pistachios
1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts
4 tbsp lightly whipped double cream
Peel the bananas and mash them. Put the oil/ghee in a non-stcik frying pan and set over highish heat. When hot, put in the mashed bananas. Stir and fry for 5-6 minutes. Turn the heat to medium and stir and fry for another 10 minutes or until the bananas have browned and turned to a kind of soft toffee. Turn the heat to low. Add the sugar. Stir for another 30 seconds or until the sugar has dissolved. Add the pistachios and walnuts and mix in. Cool to room temperature and then cover with cling film until serving time. Serve with cream.
Banana halva…are you for real??? ![]()
I guess she is for real. I have also heard of Kaddoo ka halwa!. I think Pumpkin halwa would be good too. Never tried but i like pumpkin pies. Oh that reminds me , I have to go buy a Turkey.
That’s why I am asking…should it be for real?
