Banana Halva

YOu know that sounds like banana mousse! :)

Banana is a delicacy in Malaysia and Indonesia. Just like desis love samosas for snacks, Malays and Indonesians love banana fritters, banana pudding and banana chips for snacks. There are whole snack shops devoted to banana-based items.

The pudding for which this recicpe is given is best eaten warm btw.

LOL! ok no pic but here's what happened!

Tasted pretty good....BUT i'd leave teh sugar out if your bananas are aready SWEET!

Plus I liked it best when the bananas were wll fried and almost black in fact they sort beace like hard chunks of caramel and took it offf teh fire...put on some COLD whipped cream..tasted A OKAY! :)

Good to try if you got OVER ripened bananas! :)
