You personally think that banning someone is gonna help what if they have 71 different IDs with tons of e-mails. You are gonna go nuts with that… That’s the reason why I asked you why not one ID per person. Think about that…
Also I notice that your attituted towards GS members is like a Rock Boss. May be you need to eat some Tandoori Naan with Kabab and cool down a bit. Put yourself in their shoes and think like a user or member! Who ever has posted their pics should be asked as to why they wanna to move/remove this picture.
On the second thought you could restrict users/members. What I mean is just take away the privillage of editing the 1st post of the thread just like the subject of the thread. Does this makes sense???

Salman, how do you know which member has multiple nicks.. Apart from a few.. Not all are known to us or to admins.. Its hard to get to know which person has which other nick.. Also there are some people living in the same family but all use a different nick (for like brother, sister, husband, wifie, etc...)
So, even by checking the IP it is still not possible to single out every person using multiple nicks...

Gizzy, There are many ways if you are one of the host who is running the Forums you'll know what I am talking about. There are a number of Forums which does not allow you to have multiple IDs. But there are ways to deal with this problem.
Re: Re: Re: Ban the users who remove their pictures!
Faisal, u think its a good idea to invite Don and U to Santa Ana and have some Naan and Kabab (Halal haan) and then take some pictures and later on post the pics over here Then after some time remove em just cause Don didn’t like his pic on the internet

Nescio in ur case I think u dont need a picture of a cartoon to replace ur picture...;)
What if someone posts something and later don't wish to share? What if they wanted to add or edit a picture? What if they felt shy or modest later on and wished to remove a picture? Ban? That'd be foolish. I think any thread opened by a postee should be editable, deleteable and removable by the postee. As for those people who are annoyed at blank posts...Grow up. By clicking on a link and wasting 5.3 secs (depending on your bandwidth) of your precious life won't kill you. By keeping things open and maneuverable you encourage people to post more and share more, and if they wish to do something with their posts, so be it.
Another important issue is threads which post a picture and then start a hot debate which clearly belongs in another room.. e.g. the Indians good at art thread which has a couple of pictures of badly painted Indian fighter jets but has now been reduced to an Indo-Pak tag team wrestling match between a few guppies.

This is a very good and valid point... Have to agree with you..
^^^ sorry buut it reall is not a valid point.Keep option open , it has meaning like remove mods admin no policies nothing , gizzy you are quite a senior u know 100 os members here who suddenlly rush mods to allow them to post dressless pictures.
I remmber X1 words "policies are made after the feedback of users and they are only to keep things clear". It is very annoying for me and now ihave stp browing img gallery even posting here.because ever 2nd thread is img less.still i have same question img gallery mein without img thread ki sense ?
if some one shy or whatever why they post.If a member see one time what if he sees two time.dont we post our family pictures?
And there is simple way if someone is intrested to remove picture pm mod ask him to remove entire thread.OR lock the thread so no one can read and open it, But if someone just teasing he/she should be ban.
Shehzad, You're right... But keeping the option means.. Ke if a NOT remove pic policy is imposed.. Guppies will think twice before even posting a personal pic.. So this in turn decreasing the popularity of the image forums...
Well, to be honest, The image gallery have already lost the popularity that it used to have some time ago.. But that is a entirely different discussion...
concerning dressless pictures, etc.. I think that is covered already in the policy for Gupshup gallery... So that should be ok..

Simple solution
-- the thread owner should contact mods with a valid reason for closure of thread or removal of picture
[/QUOTE]
and if they dont asl mod and remove the picture ban them for a weak.Khus kum jahan pak
Gizzy i agree with that Img gallery has lost the popularity.we ll work out for this.but let this finish
Thank you all of those who provided their opinion and cast their votes. It seems pretty clear how most of our members think about this issue.
This poll will remain open for another day for those who have not yet cast their votes
Your feedback on this issue is extremely valuable and any changes in our current policies will take into account the suggestions provided. We remain committed to provide the best online experience to all our members. Strict penalties for removing pictures will be a disincentive to members to post their personal pictures here. Hopefully, the moderator and the members will figure out an acceptable solution.
I was unable to vote. But, I think it's harmless fun so no need to ban people for it.
Cheers.
