If what you are saying is true regarding the missing persons the law enforcing agencies should help in the investigations going on in the supreme court so as to end this issue once for all. As far as BLA being RAW/CIA sponsored is concerned never has the state of Pakistani provided the proof of the same to its own people or the governments of India, Afghanistan and united states.

To say that agencies NEVER abduct people is of course false, I am saying that 95% of these claims are false.

!2 more died today near Chaman in result of an explosive . A sub inspector of police namely Muhammad Rafiq was killed in Khuzdar by firing .
It is a very difficult situation .

Armed gunman abducted a doctor from Quetta and took him to Mastung, a strong hold of Balochs. Today, FC did an operation against the abductors and in the operation that ensued, 4 abductors were killed and the doctor was safely recovered. FC should now get ready to receive an onslaught of hatred from Balochs since they will claim that "Innocent" Baloch youth were killed mercilessly by the FC. People from other parts of Pakistan will see this on media and then support these Balochs.
A classic example of how things pan in Balochistan.

A bomb blast in ANPs rally in Quetta, it seems as if we are going towards a civil war in balochistan (Allah forbid). BLA took the responsibility for abducting the Pashtun miners whose bodies were recovered yesterday.

CJ has given the FC 10 days to produce missing persons.
Raja Perviz Ashraf also visited Quetta today and ordered to confiscate vehicles without permit.

The CJ is hell bent on patronizing the BLA terrorists. He wants the FC to sit there like ducks with their hands tied while these ugly indian-sponsored ba---ds kill them. Why has the CJ never taken any notice of the thousands of settlers killed by the baloch terrorists. I am very disappointed by him.
Everytime he visits Balochistan and pats the balochs on the back, the situation worsens. He has been there for just a week and already we can see a wave of killings by the emboldened Baloch terrorists. Yesterday they even started killing pushtuns. Things are NOT looking good in Balochistan.

ISLAMABAD: Unable to produce missing persons today, the Frontier Corps (FC) sought police powers during the hearing of the Balochistan law and order case and claimed that it had no missing persons in its custody.

The paramilitary force, in a written statement submitted at the court on Tuesday, said it had conducted “internal inquiries” and found the group of missing people “was not held in the custody of FC”.
It said in many cases insurgents dressed in FC uniforms committed **“high profile acts of terrorism and heinous crimes… thus bringing (a) bad name to this federal organisation”.
**
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, heading a three-judge bench, remarked that he knows that the FC does not want to do anything. Issuing an order to summon the secretary defence and the principal secretary, the chief justice asked them to hand it in written form that they have been unable to produce the missing persons.
The chief justice said he was not satisfied with the FC’s reply and directed the paramilitary and civilian officials to appear again before the court on Wednesday.
“There is apparent failure of the executive machinery to control law and order,” the CJ said.
He further said that the FC personnel who have been nominated in the case should surrender, and added that the court will announce its verdict soon.
The court had earlier given the FC until July 24 (today) to present eight persons who were allegedly picked up by the paramilitary force from different parts of Balochistan.

The CJ should also take suo moto notice of the thousands of "missing persons" as in persons missing from this world and in graves at the hands of BLA terrorists as well.

Its about time that the government starts segregating the militants and nationalist parties. Some of them are reasonable people, it would be very unfortunate for us if the nationalists boycott the next elections (considering the law and order situation there) and even more if the turnout of the elections is very low as it will undermine the credibility of the whole electoral process. Alas I am expecting too much from this government.

Much better to bring the nationalists into the mainstream. By the way, thanks to munafiq Nawaz Sharif, the mainstream nationalist parties like JWP boycotted the elections, resulting in the misery there.

Court says, produce missing person or the court will issue arrest orders for FC personnels.
The FC IG said that if anybody belonging to the FC was found guilty, action would be taken against him. The chief justice asked where the missing persons were. “We don’t have any other way. We just have to follow the constitution,” Justice Jawwad S Khawaja said.
The chief justice said that there were serious allegations against the FC in the Zakir Majeed case, Zafarullah case, Mehran Baloch case, Safar Khan Marri case, Iqbal Baloch case, Ali Hassan case and Doctor Din Mohammad Marri case. The FC IG said they had looked into those cases and had had a meeting with the chief secretary over the issue. The chief justice also asked about the 14 people who had gone missing in the Tutak operation in Khuzdar. The FC IG said, “There was a camp in Tutak. We conducted an operation there and two people were arrested, whose custody was given to police.”
The chief justice remarked that young people were also present there. “FC people went alone and did not involve any local administration official. That is the reason the FC faces the allegations,” Justice Chaudhry said, adding that “if you cross the limit, the result will be the same”.
