I dont understand why our military establishment has used heavy handed tactics to try and quell Balochistan insurgency. The Indians even in the height of Kashmir conflict did not use gunship helicopters/throwed mutilated bodies of suspected militants. These tactics instead of winning the conflict has provided the Baloch with a reason to keep going, the government thought that by ignoring the plight of Baloch (not covering them on the digital media) will keep the conflict hidden from the outside world. But the Baloch youngsters have used technology (youtube and social media) to create an awareness for their cause. Today they are trying to contact various European and American parliamentarians on twitter, is the government awake? What actions have they taken to pacify the province and improve the Law and order situation there?
FC has become very controversial in Balochistan (because of its heavy handed tactics) and then since they are predominantly pashtuns it can cause a civil war situation there, very soon I believe the FC will have to be taken out from the province and replaced by rangers working under the provincial government. This could avoid a civil war plus give positive vibes to the baloch.

I am sorry but I am sure that you are not unaware one . We who live here in Pakistan are rightly afraid but why you are hesitating to take the name .It is ISI who is running this business .FC is just a tool .

Supreme court bar association has called for dialogue with baloch leaders. I just fail to understand why the government make these tall claims we will resolve baloch issues, but they dont ever address those issues? Balochistan has become a death valley, sectarian killings and FC personnel killings are on rise than ever before. what are they waiting for, things are already out of our hands, thanks to former governments who always dealt with the situation by using military force.

^ ^ The terrorists should be punished (doesn't matter if they belong to TTP, BLA, LEJ or SSP). The arrested terrorists should be punished as per the law of the land. If there are flaws in the laws, they can be ammended. I don't support extra judicial and constitutional steps of the state (Pakistan in the case of abductions, killing and dumping and drone strikes in case of Americans). I have a problem if the state stoops down to the level of terrorists and start using the tactics that the terrorists are employing to meet their objectives.

As for the propaganda of missing persons, almost 95% of the purported "missing" persons are NOT missing, but going jobs in Afghanistan and abroad and then these hindu Blaohcs come out on media producing lists that so many are missing. Don't you remember seeing the real face of media with the planted interview of Meher and Luqman.
