was watching hamid mir’s capital talk last night and was disgusted by the comments made by some balochi sardars and their thinking. literally got so angry i went away from the tv lounge coz i cudnt take the cra* they were dishing out anymo.
these balochi sardars seem to be traitors who have sold their conscience to amreeka and israel.
they were talking abt the pak army like its the army of a foreign country.
they were like “when we acceded the province to pak and not india we did it expecting equal return for the resources and provincial autonomoy”. i mean, this is what they r thinking, thinking of balochistan as some autonomous entity!!!
and they want ALL powers to be delegated to provincial govt? why the heck are they so hung on provincial autonomy? hello. food comes from punjab. industries r in karachi. balochistan provides gas. obviously only the centre can manage all the resources. these sardars want to make balochistan their personal property.
i want to ask them one thing. balochistan is affected by floods right now. who is helping the affected ppl? pak jawans and pak govt or them?what have they done for their ppl in these past 50 years?
these sardars dont even freaking LIVE in balochistan. they have all got bungalows in karachi, go to london for holidays and political exiles (case in point: mengal), and their kids study in karachi and amreeka. and then they have the nerve to say all this. hypocrites!!!
someone was telling me that recently three balochi sardars signed a document where they said they dont accept pakistan. and all three of them have been CM/governor of balochistan in the past.
do we need such traitors in our country? i dont think so. i think musharraf should crack down on them and send them out of the country, so that balochi ppl can live in peace and freedom, and our country is rid of traitors.
I wonder what a balochi commoner thinks of girls sitting in karachi, who studied in california, lambasting them for what they feel is their fair share. :)
Balochistan was an autonomous entity and its attitudes like yours that I hate. What gave you the right to claim Balohcistan as yours? Do you even know anything about Baloch culture or harsh life while living comfortably in some posh area of Karachi? Have you ever met a Baloch, heard Balochi spoken? I doubt you have because you are clueless. Baloch culture is very different then Punjabi or Mohajir culture and the only reason why they are in Pakistan because the Kalat state was deposed and forcibly absorbed into Pakistan.
Why shouldn't these people, who are by all norms a separate nation, consider themselves as Baloch first and foremost? What has Pakistan done for them except bombing and raping their land? With attitudes like yours we will see repeat of 1971 as no Blaoch, Sindhi or Pashtun is ready to trust arrogant people like you. They are patriots of Balochistan and Sindhi nation salutes them in fighting the tyrannical military regime.
Irem, when you don't know the history of Pakistan then keep your mouth close. In the 1941 res. it was stated that both the province of Sindh and Baloch will be autonomous.
Sadiqaan thank you for hating my attitude and the feeling is completely mutual because its attitudes like YOURS that I HATE as well
Anyways, for your kind information I have known several Balochis throughout my life in fact one of my best friends is from a Balochi family and I have known Makranis as well and I don’t claim to be an expert of Balochi culture but I am not as ignorant about it either as you have assumed.
As for thinking that Balochistan is OURS! WELL!!! It IS a province of Pakistan and Inshallah will always remain so
When did I say anything against Balochi people? The Baloch nation is as dear as any other Pakistani. If you read my post you would have noticed that I was criticising the sardaars.
Why don’t you answer my question where I asked: What have these sardars done for the flood affectees and how many schools/hospitals/universities have they opened in Balochistan since partition versus how many personal bungalows have they made?
BTW as for 1971, that was a tragedy, again the result of the leaders personal selfish agendas and propaganda.
You are the one who is inciting hatred against whole POPULATIONS. The army is the backbone institution of Pakistan and REPRESENTS the nation. By calling it bad you are the one who is inciting hatred, not me. Please ponder on that
Logo please keep your fingers tied. When you don't know about current affairs, please don't type. Sindh and Balochistan are two provinces of present day Pakistan.
I agree with Irem, she didnt hate balochis but the sardars, i dont even hate people from the mosted hated nation on planet the USA. its the policy i hate.
its sardars i hate wether they are in Punjab or anywhere else.
just 1 bit about the patriotic sardars, they feel so much for operessed baloch people from Pak govt.
its just the game of power, they are seeing they are going to loose this power and rule on balochis so they igniting it more voilence rather then sit and talk to govt. on issues if they really feel about the people and get something done about it.
when they are in power they treat themselves, e.g,
just because of my interst in cars I know in Pakistan there are 2 Aston Martin ( i think DB7) cars and guess what both owned by Baloch Sardar Magsi. a sardar from most opperessed and ignored province cause he feel so much about them.
its simply power and money struggle! if you give to sardars, trust me they will be happy and will not say a word again. they dont care about common people of Balochistan.
If pakistan or ppl of pakistan don't like Baluchistan oir consider it as illiterate sardari system, then y not leave it?
It is like Americans badmouthing Iraqis/Arabs and their culture, and then invading their country to "save" it
Balochs do not need Pakistan, Pakistan needs their mineral wealth. So it is Pakistan and its ppl who has to make themselves compatible with Baloch culture, not the other way around.
